I just conducted a small forum a few days ago, it was called 22nd SRBDN forum, this was the first SRBDN forum conducted by me. My immediate manager used to do it before me, and after getting it done i really appreciate her mentoring.
The forum is called SRBDN which stands for "Socially Responsible Business Development Network". It advocates on ethical business practices and acts as a platform for people from various sector to come and discuss how business can improve their impact on the society.
Beginning of my career??? how? well this is the first program that I as a SRBDN coordinator conducted and so when a small piece about it was published in the national daily, Sophie asked me to keep the newspaper so that later when i have children i can show it to them saying this is how my career began, so i guess this is a beginning of my career after all.
